Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born November 24 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a presidential candidate for Senate in the United States, as well as a TV presenter on MSNBC. She was a frequent contributor on The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill’s Rising alongside Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have made it clear they were leaving the show in May 2021. They planned to launch their own venture, called Breaking Points. Ball is co-hosting with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has guest appearances on Fox News, CNN and Fox News. Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball attributes her continued interest in politics and her experience as a new mother during the primaries of 2008. She also watched the US presidential election from Jordan as she was working in Jordan. She witnessed how it affected the people of that country and gained an appreciation for US political influence across the globe. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st district for the 2010 election. She lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. From June 2012 until July 2015, she was host of The Cycle, an MSNBC program The Cycle. She launched the People's House Project in May 2017 to promote Democratic causes.
